5 gallons worth of it, to be exact.

And probably a second (smaller) batch of it to come!

This salsa is constructed of ingredients grown in our garden - Amish paste tomatoes 🍅(our favorite for sauce and salsa)

Breakfast tacos filled with things we grew literally in our backyard. Eggs from our hens, with turnip greens, onions, garlic, and purple tomatillos - all from our garden.

Maybe it’s my Mediterranean heritage, but in my mind, there’s no fruit that matches a fresh fig, straight off the tree and warm from the sunshine.
